Yeah so early this week I had noticed hives and blotches on my skin. Thankfully it was due to shrimp I’m saddened cuz I love shrimp and now I can’t eat it anymore. I honestly genuinely out it was junifers( junipers) but runs out once I stopped having shrimp it stoped. Today I woke up yes to itchy skin but thankfully it’s just alligator skin and for me that’s normal cause of the cold winter weather.
I’m relieved I know this was the cause and now I didn’t have a life threatening reaction.
What I am getting to knocked down as a goal is keep trim and exercise everyday, I may limit my time exercising on my days off til Florida.

Hello, everyone it’s a new year the year of 2024 and plans are approaching us. In three weeks or so my family and I are gonna be in the land of Mickey chocolate bars, dole whips and Mickey Mouse of course!
I am so excited to be going if you have been here and a dedicated reader you know that I am a huge Disney fan and I dare I say I have favorites of Disney!
Disney world, stitch, dole whips, lion king, Aladdin and lilo and stitch are my favorites. My family and I do have Disney traditions we do every time we are at Disney as a character in fiddler roof has said and I quote,” tradition, tradition, tradition!!!”
I will post traditions we do soon before we leave.
